• Single Transaction Only: All purchases on mochu.me are one-time sales—no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees will be applied unless explicitly stated and selected by you at checkout.
• Payment must be completed via the Website’s secure payment methods (credit card, debit card, or approved third-party processors). You warrant that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, if the error is identified.

3. User Accounts

• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username/password) and all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to update it as needed. Mochu INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

• When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., for out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspicious activity) and will notify you via email if your order is not processed.
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs only when we ship the product.
• Product availability is subject to change. We will notify you promptly if a requested item is unavailable after order placement and offer a refund or alternative product.

5. Product Information & Sizing

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing guides. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution, and minor differences in fit may occur (see our Size Chart for detailed measurements).
• Mochu INC does not warrant that product descriptions or images are error-free. If you have questions about sizing or product details, contact support@mochu.me before purchasing.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
