Shipping Policy
Overview
Mochu INC offers reliable shipping for women’s intimate apparel (lingerie, panties, nightwear, etc.) to locations within the United States and select international destinations. This policy outlines our shipping processes, timelines, and fees.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays) within 1–2 business days of placement.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS or UPS Ground. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after processing.
- Alaska, Hawaii, & Territories: Standard shipping may take 5–10 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship to select countries (see checkout for eligibility). Shipping methods include USPS International Priority or UPS Worldwide.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (varies by destination; customs delays may apply).
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. Mochu INC does not cover these costs.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or canceled after shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (check your spam folder if not received).
- Track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation or via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, etc.).
5. Packaging & Privacy
- All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging (no Mochu INC branding) to protect your privacy.
- Intimate apparel is carefully packaged in protective sleeves or dust bags to prevent damage during transit.
6. Shipping Delays
- Mochu INC is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues (e.g., weather, logistics), customs processing (international orders), or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact support@mochu.me with your order number and tracking information for assistance.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
- Domestic Orders: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first to file a claim. If unresolved, email us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
- International Orders: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave the USA. Contact the local carrier or customs office for assistance.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details (address, city, zip code, country).
- If you realize you provided incorrect information after placing an order, contact support@mochu.me immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has shipped.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for international orders or expedited domestic orders (check checkout for exceptions).
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any destination where we cannot ensure reliable delivery.
